HOW DO I ADD SIMPLECHAT TO MY WEBSITE?

HOW CAN MY CUSTOMERS START A CHAT?
Visitors to your website will see the chat window in the footer of your page. When they click on the window, SimpleChat will attempt to connect them to you and you'll receive a text message to your phone. If you are available to chat, reply "y." Next, start chatting with your customers directly from your mobile phone.
HOW CAN I END A CHAT?
There are three ways to end a chat:
1. You can decline the chat by replying "no" to the initial connect message.
2. You can text "/bye" at any point during the conversation.
3. Your customer can end the chat by clicking "end" in the chat window.

WHERE CAN I CHANGE MY CHAT SETTINGS?
Go to the Editor and click on the SimpleChat Settings widget in the bottom right corner. The SimpleChat configuration modal allows you to turn SimpleChat on or off. Remember to change the on / off setting any time your availability changes. You can also text +1-415-915-5761 with text 'enable' or 'disable' to set your availability right from your phone.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHATS I CAN RUN AT A TIME?
You can receive text messages from up to three different customers (phone numbers) at one time. For example, if you have three chats running, one chat will need to end in order for a new one to come in.
HOW MANY OF MY SITES WILL WORK WITH SIMPLECHAT?
You can add SimpleChat it to as many sites as you'd like.
WILL SIMPLECHAT INTERFERE WITH MY CUSTOM FOOTER?
No, your footer will still be fully customizable.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO LET MY CUSTOMERS KNOW WHEN THEY CAN CONTACT ME?
We recommend adding your hours of operation or chat availability in a clear location on your website so customers can see your chat schedule. Be sure to stick to the schedule in order to provide the best customer experience. If your schedule changes, update the hours of availability on your site and change your SimpleChat settings.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Your 14-day free trial to SimpleChat can be added to any Weebly site. When your trial ends, your credit card on file will be charged the rate of $8 per month, billed annually for a total of $96. Your subscription will automatically renew every year thereafter.
DOES IT WORK INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only support 10-digit North American phone numbers.

If you text any of the following words alone in a conversation - STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT - this will unsubscribe you permanently from SimpleChat conversations with that number. You should receive a warning text message about this from Weebly. The solution is to reply - START - to this conversation.
